Just a warning- our time with Nica Adventures has been so packed full with so many different activities that it has been impossible for me to keep up with blogging. I will only be able to include highlights and some photos from every day. If you have any further questions about any of the activities or anything that I mention please comment or reach out to me and I would be happy to explain anything in more detail.
Highlights:
-traveled to Mombacho National Reserve, it's an extinct volcano at about 1400 m high
-saw brief tour of coffee plantations and process of coffee making
-took a "high powered truck" up very rickety roads to the top of the volcano that put the Indiana Jones ride to shame
-completed a crater trail that looped all the way around one of the craters on top
-went ZIP LINING on a canopy your through the cloud forest
-experienced some Granada night life with our homie Rafael- where we poured out some Flor de Caña for all those who fell on September 11th
