But let’s go back to the first thing I said… about my house. Wanna see it?
Welcome to my home! Here's the FULL TOUR, starting with walking into the front door:
I’m OFFICIALLY moved into my new home and I’m in the process of putting some roots down. In the past couple of weeks I’ve done more than just try to be guapa (see The Art of Being 'Guapo'). I’ve started working with an elementary school, I built up my compost, I’ve made some progress with the nurse on my pregnancy club (yep, still trying to get all the pregnant people together in the same room), I’ve starting a walking club and I’m starting my English classes back up. A lot of stuff in the works… But let’s go back to the first thing I said… about my house. Wanna see it? Alright, so here is a mini-tour of where I’m living now. This is my first time ever living in a house on my own. Pretty exciting stuff. The volunteer before me graciously left me pretty much everything you see, and the house was as “turn key” ready as Paraguayan-ly possible. I’m still planning on doing a bit of painting… but at some point in the near future… jahechata (we’ll see). Okay, enough talking, here's some pictures (since they're worth a thousand words and all) Welcome to my home! Here's the FULL TOUR, starting with walking into the front door: Now take a walk with me through this mega room into my bathroom Now onto the most important room of the house, my bedroom. The door to my bedroom is right next to the refrigerator in the first picture So that's about it! Hopefully you enjoyed checking out my crib, if you noticed anything that I was missing (measuring cups, christmas lights, a rug, more pillows, a couch, a ceiling fan, a blender......) feel free to send them my way! (am i kidding, or not?)
