This past week we had our LFP, which gave us another opportunity to visit another health volunteer at their site and get involved in some or their active projects. I stayed with a wonderful host family for the week and we were busy every single day with different activities with the escuela (elementary school) & the colegio (high school). Our site was about an hour and a half from the training center and it was located in Cordillera. It was about 15 minutes from the city of Caacupé (which you may have heard of because that's where the Pope went when he visited Paraguay last year!) We all had such an AMAZING time so instead of boring you with the details, I'll explain my week with pictures! Everyone who attended the clean up!!! It was a huge success. Afterwards, we all went to the school and Joanna led a charla about making eco-bricks (filling plastic bottles up with more plastic). They are going to start a project where they all make eco-bricks and use them to create something, like a bench!

Hey Kathryne!! Just wanted to leave a little note to say first, how much we all miss you and second, I wasn't lying when I told you I have your blog bookmarked at work and this is currently keeping me from dying of boredom at the office.
